ZHENNiWELL

What we call "I"
is just a swinging door which moves when
we inhale and when
we exhale.
_Shunryu Suzuki
"I am an introvert, and writing
is a way for me to transform chaotic feelings
to a speakable form
when a piece of white paper is filled with the black ink
they restore the moments
and clarify my heart
And the art of acupuncture
connects me to the similar experience
In the treatment room
when the lights dim
we close our eyes
sink into the silky silence
to whatever it is holding us back
the nature of healing
and love
comes out
-Zhenni
